Q. What kind of repairs do you offer?

A. From chain, ring and bracelet to watch repair our repair shops work in platinum and all karat contents of gold. Go to Services for more information.

Q. How long does it take to have a piece of jewelry made?

A. Normally from two to four weeks, although in some instances as soon as a few days.

Q. How can I take care of my jewelry and keep it looking new?

A. Jewelry should be carefully inspected at least once a year to check for signs of wear. This is a service we gladly provide. Go to Services for more information.

Q. What kind of gift items do you carry?

Q. Can you create a custom piece of jewelry based on something I've seen?

A. Yes, please bring in any photo, ideas or sketch you may have and we welcome the opportunity to quote or make that special piece of jewelry.

Q. Do you carry jewelry that can be engraved for a bridal party?

A. Not at the moment. Please call or visit our store and we will be happy to assist you. The purpose of the site is to give a general overview of what we carry.

Q. Do you carry Estate Jewelry?

A. Yes, though our selection is somewhat limited we do hand-make a series of antique reproductions.

Q. Do you guarantee the quality of your diamonds?

A. A great majority of our diamonds (an upwards of 80% of those we sell) are GIA certified, all others are accurately graded and qualities clearly explained. Go to Services for more information on GIA certified diamonds and a link to the GIA website.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. We have a 10 day return and/or exchange policy, although this is extended in all reasonable instances. Custom designs are not included in this policy.
